Question: How long does it take for my SnowBomb Product (i.e. Tahoe Card) to arrive?

Answer: The first shipment of Tahoe Cards ship out in October and then are shipped on a daily basis. Tahoe Cards are shipped USPS 1st Class Mail and usually take between 5-10 business days to arrive. See FAQ #10 for info on purchasing e-tickets asap.
Question: Is my old Tahoe Card # or previous SnowBomb Username and Password still active?

Answer: NO!! Please create a new user name and password with each new season and for each Tahoe Card purchased.
Question: Can I resell my SnowBomb product?

Answer: Any unauthorized resale of the card will beprosecuted to the full extent of the law. It is illegal to resell SnowBomb products without permission.
Question: How do I redeem the free lift tickets that come with my Gold Tahoe Card?

Answer: The 2011/12 GOLD Tahoe Card comes with several freebies. Please see the site for all the details and restrictions, click here. To redeem the 4 free tickets you will need the physical Tahoe Card in hand:
1. Go to the SnowBomb.com homepage and click the red "Activate Tahoe Card" link in the upper right hand corner.
2. Once logged into your account, click My SnowBomb in the
upper right corner of the homepage.
3. Click View /Print Etickets in the menu box on left side of screen.
4. Your 4 free lift tickets (one to Kirkwood, Dodge Ridge, China Peak, and then your choice between Alpine Meadows and Homewood) will be located in the View/Print Etickets section of your account.
Question: How do I activate my 2011/12 Tahoe Card?

Answer:
- Go to / and click on the red “Activate Tahoe Card” button in the right column.
- Create a SnowBomb account log in and password.
- Enter your new Tahoe Card number and click “Activate”
- Choose your FREE magazine subscription and enter your shipping address.
- ENJOY DISCOUNTS ALL SEASON LONG!!

Question: How do I get my FREE one-year magazine subscription?

Answer: You will be asked to choose a magazine and mailing address upon activation of your Tahoe Card.
Question: How many discount E-Tickets can I purchase online?

Answer: SnowBomb E-Tickets are not date specific and may be purchased in advance for yourself, friends and family. FOUR E-Tickets may be redeemed per resort, per day, with each Tahoe Card, so feel free to buy for family and friends!
Question: May I give the Tahoe Card as a gift?

Answer: Yes! Once the card is gifted, the owner can create an account in his/her name upon card activation. There is no name associated with a card prior to activation.
Question: How quickly can I access the lift tickets?

Answer: Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an automatic email that includes a temporary activation code. This will allow you to create an account and access the discount e-ticket store right away. To redeem and access any free lift tickets, you will need the physical card in hand.

Question: What is the return policy for SnowBomb Products?

Answer:
- Tahoe Cards – May be returned within 5 days of original purchase date for a refund. Please mail the Tahoe Card, brochure, any FREE vouchers, lift tickets or promotional items associated to the SnowBomb home office at P.O. Box 5102, Tahoe City, CA 96145. Please include your original Order #.
**Activated Tahoe Cards will not be refunded.
**Tahoe Card purchased at SnowBomb retail locations must be returned to the original place of purchase.
3. Bus Trips:
A full refund will be issued if the request is receiveed
prior to 5 days before a scheduled trip. Within 5 days of the
trip, there are NO REFUNDS for any reason.
